Caste and unmployment Scenario

 Namaskar, as we all know that “unemployment” is a big crisis all over the world since the beginning of 21st century, India is also a victim of it but it’s blameworthy is not only government policies but also our caste based society, reservation system, discrimination in choosing their occupation, unemployability, population explosion etc.

                              Some eye witnessed examples and reasons of it are described below:-

1. In Barpali town of Bargarh district, Odisha, India an incident has been seen during the lockdown on this Covid-19 pandemic that a girl who belongs to a weaver family has rejected her marriage proposal because the boy is a weaver and weaving is his occupation. And not only this she has also demanded that if she will marry ever then the bridegroom must be a government employee.

2. In various interviews of government jobs also an Sc/St candidate get selected for the job due to reservation system after having less skills and knowledge on a particular field and a general or obc candidate get rejected after having good and better skills, experiences and knowledge on that same field. If we argue on this then everyone will say it as revenge because in the ancient times the illiterate general and obc people were treating the Sc/St brothers and sisters very cruelly and brutally in the field of occupation and achieving education and now general and obc categories also tolerating the same situations in the same fields due to reservation system.

3. India is facing a rapid population explosion since 1990s whose total population now is 135.26 crores which is 17.7% of world’s total population.

4. IndiaIndia is a secular country and we all should feel proud of it but taking advantages of it some terrorist supporting organisations and "Tukde Tukde gang” of India are disturbing the internal peace of the country by protesting the right and profitable bills and acts implemented by the government. The “Tukde Tukde gang” not only protests against it but also destroys the private and government properties.

                                After having these types of issues and disturbances India is facing it very patiently and bravely. But these issues will not be rooted out if we,the citizens of India will not change ourselves. We should always remember that we built the nation and we choose the government to be govern by it, so if we will fight among us for the caste based society then the nation will never taste the sweetness of development and success. So, we should unite and fight for the casteless society, if we eliminate the Casteism, then we can eliminate unemployment also.
